In small, expert-led sessions, every participant is recorded twice and every recording is reviewed 1:1 with the trainer - never in front of the group. The first playback happens during the session - and the moment they sit down, watch themselves, breathe a sigh of relief and say something like "it's not as bad as I thought" is the moment everything shifts. Their existing strengths become the foundation. Technique and structure build on top. A follow-up virtual 1:1 coaching session locks it in and gives them a development plan they can take straight back to their next presentation.
